① The Requested information is very clear

  • RFQ type is clear whether it's replacement or a new project
  • Buyers know specific brands, manufacturer, product names, and model numbers
  • Provide nameplate pictures and necessary documents like drawings and datasheets

② Business Information is valid

  • Using Company emails (Company Domains)
  • Company Website is valid with an Email Signature
  • Business information is verified both online and offline

③ Payment and Delivery terms are clear

  • Shipping and Billing address is precise
  • Delivery terms and payment terms are specific 

What does Bad RFQ (Request for Quotations) look like?

  1. The requested information is unclear.
  2. Business Information is not valid.
Spams from India, Pakistan, China, and African countries will be blocked automatically.

  • Unable to provide brands, manufacturers, product names, and model numbers
  • No pictures, documents, or relevant information on their RFQs
  • Shows no knowledge of their RFQ on machines, parts, and products

② Business Information is not valid.

  • Free Emails. (Gmail, Yahoo, and others)
  • No Business Website or business catalog.
  • Unable to verify business information.

③ Payment and Delivery terms are not clear

  • They need a price for no reason. 
  • No Shipping and Billing Address information.
  • Unspecific Payment and delivery terms.
