When to Refund?

  3. Delay in delivery without prior notice
  4. Before PO was sent to the supplier by Komachine
  5. Major fault or mistake is made by Komachine
  6. Others (Mutual agreement between buyers and Komachine)

When not to Refund

  1. After PO was sent to the supplier by Komachine
  2. Delay in custom clearance both in Korea and Buyer's Location
  3. Buyers make major faults or mistakes

  2. Beneficiary Name
  3. Bank Name
  4. Account Number
  5. Swift Number
  6. Bank Address with Country
  7. Bank Phone Number
Refunds will be done in a max of 48 hours.
