Very Important Notice

• We do not book any Express Service with your account number except FedEx.
• Booking Service applicable for VVIP Customers only (Transactions above 100,000 USD)
• We charge 20 USD for any Ex Work Terms as Handling Charge.

Instruction of Ex Work

1. Express Service

• ① We send you a commercial Invoice + Packing List + Product Pictures by email
• ② Pick up address will be sent along with the documents. 
• ③ You send us AWB (Air Way Bill)

We do not book Express Service for you.

2. Air Cargo

• ① We send you a commercial Invoice + Packing List + Product Pictures by email
• ② Pick up address will be sent along with the documents. 
• ③ You must send us your local forwarding agent contact information. 
• ④ Once pick up is done, we send you a notice and BL (Bill of Lading) 

 Send us "Shipping Mark" in case we have to follow your format.

3. Ocean (LCL · FCL) 

• ① We send you a commercial Invoice + Packing List + Product Pictures by email
• ② Pick up address will be sent along with the documents. 
• ③ You must send us your local forwarding agent contact information. 
• ④ Once pick up is done, we send you a notice and BL (Bill of Lading) 

 Send us "Shipping Mark" in case we have to follow your format.
