What is the Damage Report? 💥
The damage report is to claim your damage on products and get compensation in terms of replacement of the product or in cash. There are 2 simple steps you should follow
If you do not make a damage report with 7 days after the recipient of the package, we can't be responsible for your damage.
① Take Pictures (Damaged Box and Damaged Product)
- Outside of the damaged Box

Q1. Why my package or product is damaged?
First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. We spend much time and effort to make it sure your package is safe and packed in perfect condition, however, most of the damages are caused by mishandling by express service or courier service.
Q2. How long does it take to solve the damage issue?
Once we receive your damage report (Pictures of the damaged box and damaged product), it will take 3~7 days to solve your complaint.
Q3. What's my compensation?
Mostly, we send you the completely new package or parts for replacement. Of course, we fully pay for the cost.
Q4. Can I get a refund instead of replacement?
It depends on product, packing and shipping condition. We always try to find the best possible solutions for buyers first rather than keeping money in our pocket.
