We provide every buyer "one year warranty", which is standard for all machines and parts supplied by Komachine. Even after the warranty period, we are always ready to provide you the best support.

  • Contact us by email or messenger, stating the problems as detailed as possible. 
  • We provide you full support online and give you instant feedback.
  • Any parts must be replaced then we send you everything for free.
  • If anything must be repaired in Korea then we pay for all costs.
  • ๐Ÿšซ We may charge the buyer the actual cost in case the fault was caused by the buyer.

Q1. How long does it take to get the new parts?

Depends. If stocks are available then we can dispatch any parts within 3 working days. If the parts are custom order based then it could take few days. 

Q2. How do we get it repaired?

Only in Korea. In case the machine or parts must be repaired then we will have to arrange the pick up in Korea and send it back to you after repair. For a big machine or equipment, we will have to send an engineer from Korea. 

Q3. How long does it take to get it repaired?

Depends. If we have to receive the machine or parts to Korea then it will take max 4~7 working days. Plus, machine or parts repair could take a day or few days depends on condition. Unless we specify the exact problem, it's really hard to say.
